What will you learn during the combined certification course?

During the combined certification course, you will learn to apply the two models – DISC and motivators – in an integrated way. DISC reveals how someone behaves, whilst motivators show why someone does what they do. Together, they provide a more complete picture of the people you work with. After all, behaviour is visible, but motivation is not always so. Someone may communicate smoothly yet still feel out of place. DISC helps you recognise and interpret behaviour. Motivators help you understand what drives people and spurs them into action. This combination makes your discussions about development, motivation and collaboration more concrete and effective.

The certification is intended for professionals such as coaches, trainers, HR advisers and managers who wish to be able to interpret both behaviour and motivation and discuss them openly, and who want to develop a solid foundation in both models within a single programme.

How is the certification structured?

The combined certification consists of three days of on-site training, the first two of which focus on DISC and the third on motivators. During the DISC days, you will learn to understand the theory behind the model, read and interpret DISC profiles, and conduct professional feedback sessions. On the third day, you will delve deeper into motivators and learn how to incorporate motivation into existing DISC discussions.

Throughout all three days, you will practise intensively interpreting profiles and conducting in-depth discussions. There will be scope to use your own case studies, enabling you to apply what you’ve learnt to your own professional practice.
