Do you want to deepen your knowledge of DISC and learn how to apply DISC analyses in practice? Then our official DISC certification is right for you! In this training, you will expand your understanding of DISC and learn to work with DISC analyses through hands-on practice and real-world application.
During the DISC certification, you will learn how to interpret DISC combinations and provide accurate, professional feedback. The training prepares you to apply DISC analyses effectively within your own work environment.
The DISC certification consists of the following components:
Completing your own DISC assessment;
Completing the DISC e-learning as preparation (approximately 2 hours);
Attending the 2-day DISC certification training, guided by a DISC Master Trainer.
During the training, you will work with DISC theory, interpreting DISC assessments, DISC combinations, and providing feedback on results. In addition, attention is given to challenging profiles, exceptional results, resistance, and applying DISC within teams.
By the end of the DISC certification training, you will understand the theory and have practiced working with DISC analyses, challenging profiles, and exceptional results. This means you will be competent and confident in working with your complimentary DISC practice profile!
The investment for the 2-day DISC certification is € 1.245,- (excluding VAT).

A DISC certification training goes much further. In this, you learn to understand the world behind a DISC analyses and build factor knowledge. You learn to understand, interpret and apply the differences between all four DISC factors from a respondent’s context. Only when you successfully complete a DISC certification will you receive an official certificate. Can I only administer DISC assessments after certification?
At DISC Boulevard, you can also purchase DISC assessments without certification. However, we always recommend completing a DISC Certification with us, as it allows you to gain much more value from a DISC assessment and to explore how a DISC profile works specifically for each individual.
