The DISC teams certification is a one-day training course in which you learn to apply DISC at the team level. You will not only look at individual DISC profiles, but primarily at the interaction within the team. This reveals where collaboration runs smoothly, where miscommunication arises, and how behavioural styles either reinforce or put pressure on one another. During the certification, you will learn to recognise these patterns, perform team composition assessments and apply DISC professionally in team training sessions, workshops and team development programmes.
The certification is intended for professionals who already have a grasp of the basics of DISC and wish to apply it in a team context, such as trainers, (team) coaches, team leaders, HR professionals and organisational consultants.
During the DISC teams certification, you will learn to translate individual behaviour into what is happening within a team as a whole. You will work with practical tools and methods that can be applied directly in team training sessions, workshops and development programmes. This includes assessing team compositions, facilitating group discussions and highlighting behavioural patterns in practice.
There is scope for practice and using your own case studies, so that, as a trainer, coach or team facilitator, you can confidently apply DISC at team level.
Duration: 1 training day (10:00 – 16:00)
